@klarinetta I currently own a Baratza Virtuoso, which is not good for espresso purposes. But a used Mazzer or Macap would do wonders here.

Intelligentsia has the best coffee around!

I sometimes get confused when watching these coffee videos from USA. F° and Oz(ok I’m beginning to get comfortable with Oz) but F° I don’t get. I’m on the other hand very familiar with C° and ml or liter.

Yay Silvia!

I want one, but I have an Ascaso Dream.

Boo, bad grinder! Cheap commercial burr grinders off of ebay are better than those cheapo home ones.

Kyle is a great guy. He introduced me to truly great coffee when i was 14 years old.
He knows his stuff, his espresso is incredible, and there are only a few places that can even match his quality (I like Cafe Vita in Seattle a lot… But they love Intelligentsia, too. So it’s mutual) But even then, when I’m in Silverlake, or even the LA area, I always make a trip over there.
